Benny BENNY1 StarThis day I visited this branch to open an account I had such an unpleasant experience, the most terrible service since the banker, a young American person (man), was so rude and refused to assist me, he behaved in a racist manner, I did not get to ask them You have nothing to think about, if this customer service continues like this, it leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend this bank. Very bad service. Train the staff to be able to treat the customer with kindness and hire bilingual staff. What a lack of respect.Saturday 25th February 2023
